In this 5-day intensive training, you will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to plan, implement, manage, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) within an organization.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has quickly become a driving force in the modern technological landscape. Its application spans numerous sectors. The rapid expansion and experimental nature of many applications by users bring unique challenges and considerations. These require specific expertise to ensure effective, safe implementation and responsible management of various AI solutions. Both are particularly important in light of the EU AI Act, which organizations will need to comply with in the coming years. ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer is the training that helps you practically implement an AI management system and subsequently manage and maintain it correctly based on the ISO 42001 standard.

Part of the training includes a large number of best practices for AI implementation and a framework for its successful integration within organizations. After completing the training, you will have the practical expertise to lead AIMS implementation projects.

In addition to the regular 4-day training, we have added an extra fifth EU AI Act day, which clarifies what organizations need to comply with in each situation. This day also makes clear to what extent you are sufficiently prepared with an ISO 42001 implementation and where additional effort may still be required.

The lesson days consist of a combination of theory and practice:

• Lessons that are richly filled with practical examples based on real-world applications of artificial intelligence, allowing you to understand the practical aspects of implementing AIMS
• Practical assignments based on various scenarios
• A mock exam that is comparable to the actual certification exam

In the ISO 42001 Lead Implementer exam, you will be tested on the following domains, for which the training will prepare you:

• Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)
• Domain 2: Artificial intelligence management system requirements
• Domain 3: Planning of an AIMS implementation based on ISO/IEC 42001
• Domain 4: Implementation of an AIMS based on ISO/IEC 42001
• Domain 5: Monitoring and measurement of an AIMS based on ISO/IEC 42001
• Domain 6: Continual improvement and preparation for an AIMS certification audit

This training is classroom-based but can also be attended Live Online if desired. You will then follow the training live remotely with our own instructor, view the slides and notes on the whiteboard, and can ask questions to both the trainer and your fellow participants. Essentially, it is just like being present in the classroom training, but from your own location. If the Live Online training does not meet your expectations, you may attend the classroom training again free of charge within a year.
