Complaints procedure

Are you not completely satisfied with TSTC? Let us know, because your opinion matters!

Complaint Notification

1.1 Report your complaint to our course administration. Your complaint will always be treated confidentially.

1.2 You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within one day.

1.3 We will handle your complaint as soon as possible (but always within 4 weeks) and/or reach a settlement. If more time is needed for the investigation and/or resolution of your complaint, we will inform you in writing within 7 days. We will then indicate the timeframe in which you can expect a solution from us.

1.4 If you are not satisfied with the outcome or the handling of your complaint, an independent third party will be involved to provide a binding recommendation regarding the resolution of the complaint. You must address your objections in writing to the Disputes Committee. A lawyer bound to the Disputes Committee will make a ruling after hearing the parties. The recommendation will be implemented as soon as possible.

1.5 The complaint will be registered and kept for a duration of 2 years from the date of submission.
