Description

The LPIC-1 Fast Track training is an intensive, hands-on 5-day course that prepares you in one week for the two official LPIC-1 certification exams (101 and 102) from the Linux Professional Institute. This training is intended for anyone who wants to work professionally with Linux or deepen and formalize their existing Linux knowledge with an internationally recognized certificate.

LPIC-1 is the first level within the Linux Professional Institute Certification program and focuses on teaching fundamental Linux administration knowledge. The certificate confirms that you are capable of installing, managing, and troubleshooting Linux systems in a business environment. The certification is globally recognized and is highly sought after by employers in IT management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

This 5-day training is specifically designed to fully prepare you for both LPIC-1 exams in a short time. Due to the intensive setup, hands-on explanations, and focus on exam-oriented topics, you can efficiently work towards certification without months of self-study. After completion, you will be able to professionally manage Linux systems and have a solid foundation for further growth within Linux, cloud, and security environments.

During the Fast Track training, we cover all the topics necessary for both exams. The emphasis is on practice and understanding, so you not only know the theory but also understand how to apply it in realistic Linux environments. Through the combination of explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises, you will gradually build the knowledge needed to work independently with Linux and successfully pass the two exams.

The major advantage of LPI training is the distribution-independent approach. This is in contrast to, for example, Red Hat and SUSE training. LPI certifications demonstrate thorough Linux knowledge and remain relevant when you encounter a different distribution within an organization.

Certification

This Fast Track training is a preparation for both the 101-500 and 102-500 exams (both included), allowing you to obtain the LPIC-1 certification.

Training Requirements

  • (Aankomend) Linux systeembeheerders
