De CIPP/US training geeft een sterke basis in de Amerikaanse privacywet- en regelgeving en begrip van de wettelijke vereisten voor de verantwoorde overdracht van gevoelige persoonlijke gegevens van en naar de Verenigde Staten, de EU en andere rechtsgebieden.
De CIPP/US-training biedt een diepgaand inzicht in de Amerikaanse federale en staatswetgeving inzake privacy, sectorale wetten en handhavingsbeleid. De cursus behandelt ook de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) van de EU en de California Privacy Rights Act.
Deze training is een voorbereiding op het inbegrepen CIPP/US examen waarmee de internationaal erkende CIPP/US certificering van IAPP kan worden behaald. Na afloop van de training plan je het examen zelfstandig in met de examenvoucher die we rechtstreeks in een nieuw of bestaand MyIAPP account plaatsen. Je kunt het examen op één van de examenlocaties afnemen (waaronder bij ons in Veenendaal) of vanuit huis waarbij een surveillant meekijkt via je webcam.
